Book at wowdoggrooming.com or text 469-452-0039. You get a real arrival time. If it's 10am, it's 10am.

The van shows up
Victor pulls up and says hi to your dog before touching anything. Sounds like a small thing, but dogs notice.

One-on-one grooming
Bath, blow dry, nail dremel, ear cleaning, haircut if you booked it. Nothing gets handed off or rushed.

Knock knock
Victor comes to the door when he's done. If something's not right, just say it. He'd much rather fix it on the spot.

Victor has been grooming dogs for over a decade. He went mobile for one reason: most dogs do better this way. No lobby. No noise. No next appointment waiting on him.
If your dog needs a minute to settle, he takes it. If the coat needs a conversation first, you have it before anything starts. It’s just him and your dog the whole time.

The first few grooms matter more than you think. They set the coat for years. With senior dogs, the pace is whatever they need.

Who actually shows up?
Victor Sandin, the owner. He does every appointment himself.
My dog is a nightmare at the groomer. Will this be any different?
Most grooming anxiety is about the environment: the cage, the noise, being passed around. Take that away and a lot of dogs surprise their owners. Victor also isn't juggling a lobby, so if your dog needs a few extra minutes to settle, that's totally okay.
The last groomer shaved my doodle without asking.
Victor checks the coat when he arrives and tells you what's realistic before he starts. If a shave-down is genuinely the right call, he'll let you know why and you decide. He won't just do it and mention it on the way out.
How long does it take?
Somewhere between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the dog and type of service. You'll get a proper estimate when booking online.
Do I have to be home the whole time?
Just at the start and end of the appointment. Most people put a load of laundry on and get on with their morning.
What if I'm not happy with how it turned out?
Text or call Victor within 24 hours and let he will make it right.
Do you handle big dogs like Great Danes or Saint Bernards?
Absolutely, we're specialized in big/oversized dogs and love working with them. All prices are in the table above.
